Australian Council of Professional Historians Associations (ACPHA)

A variety of publications on professional and public history are available from the PHAs throughout Australia. These include regular newsletters, occasional monographs, information kits and brochures.

ACPHA publishes an electronic Members' Work Database on this website. This is a catalogue of work produced by historians who are members of the various State and Territory Professional Historians Associations. The database is primarily intended to record unpublished work, including material that is held by clients (sometimes on a confidential basis or which is not for general release). This is not usually recorded in public catalogues or search engines. While an individual historian may choose to include published works, in most cases the database will not contain a complete record of all of the work they have produced.
